Our Story
Opting for eco-friendly furniture is a vital step towards environmental conservation.
Furniture production, particularly wood-base furniture, is one of the leading causes of deforestation worldwide. Forests are cleared to make way for logging operations to source wood for furniture manufacturing.
Forests act as carbon sinks, absorbing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. When they are cut down, this stored carbon is released, which contributes to climate change and global warming.
Deforestation for furniture production also leads to habitat loss and fragmentation, threatening the biodiversity of forests. Many plant and species rely on forests for their survival, and deforestation puts their populations at risk.
As consumer awareness grows regarding the link between deforestation and furniture production, demand for responsibly sourced products is rising. To meet this need, we offer locally sourced design furniture, meticulously restored with organic materials by local artisans.

The Razor Blade chair, for example, can be personalized with a variety of wool fabrics and natural leathers from Sørensen Leather, all eco labeled and awarded the Nordic Swan Ecolabel.

Our photoshoots take place inside a city made of recycled containers, breathing sustainability through every aspect to stay aligned with our values. With a deep respect for the Danish design tradition, we ensure that forests are given time to naturally regenerate. Deliveries are environmentally safe, using reusable blankets to protect items and eliminate waste. While public and private tenders often carry a significant carbon footprint, our end-to-end solutions provide the green alternative the planet desperately needs.
Each hand-picked and restored furniture piece is assigned a unique product ID and embedded with a chip or QR code that chronicles its rich history. Throughout the renovation process, every item is carefully inspected, repaired, and refinished to perfection. By simply scanning the chip or QR code with a compatible device, you can access detailed information about the piece's origin, renovation steps, and materials used.
